This document focuses on how the product is actually experienced by the user.
After defining the “what” in the PRD, I mapped the “how” through core user flows, detailing how users move across features, make decisions, and complete key actions. The goal is to ensure that each interaction feels intuitive, connected, and aligned with the product’s purpose.
What stands out in this work is the emphasis on clarity and real-world behavior. The flows are not just linear paths, but structured to account for different user states, edge cases, and continuity between features, especially for something as personal and routine-based as worship.
This document reflects how I translate product requirements into usable experiences, ensuring that what we build is not only functional, but also logical and seamless from the user’s perspective.
